I prefer my approach because it is easier and faster to make, brings me equal joy and keeps it simple. I get more time at the beach and more balance in the kitchen. It works for me beautifully.

Key ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe Tomato, Sliced
  • 2 pieces slightly toasted Pepperidge Farm White Bread
  • Generous shmear of Best Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Cracked Pepper to Taste

Assemble accordingly & take a bite.
