I prefer my approach because it is easier and faster to make, brings me equal joy and keeps it simple. I get more time at the beach and more balance in the kitchen. It works for me beautifully.

- 2 pieces slightly toasted Pepperidge Farm White Bread
- Generous shmear of Best Hellman’s Mayonnaise
